Begin with the lift arm assembly–locate the pivot points marked on the technical illustration, typically identified by sequential alphanumeric codes (e.g., LA-4B, HA-12). These correspond to the primary load-bearing joints where stress concentration occurs. Verify clearance tolerances at these connections; ideal measurements should not exceed 0.25 mm for Tier 3 models, while earlier variants may allow up to 0.4 mm. Failure to adhere to these specifications will accelerate wear on the control valve linkage, leading to gradual degradation of pressure response.
